Compulsory work for non-payment of an administrative fine. Incident in Sevastopol

In the department of bailiffs for the Nakhimovsky district of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for Sevastopol, there is an enforcement proceeding to recover from a resident of Sevastopol an administrative fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles for illegal trade.
The bailiff acquainted the debtor with the materials of enforcement proceedings, the deadline for voluntary execution, as well as the consequences in case of late execution of the requirements of executive documents. Within the period provided by law, the fine was not paid, in connection with which, the bailiff — executor drew up a protocol in the case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to pay an administrative fine within the period provided for by this Code — entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of twice the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, but not less than one thousand rubles, or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days, or compulsory labor for up to fifty hours). The specified protocol was considered by the court and the debtor was sentenced to compulsory work for 20 hours.
