Court verdict: Yevpatorian man will go to prison for driving while intoxicated

By the verdict of the Evpatoria City Court of the Republic of Crimea, a resident of the city of Evpatoria was convicted of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
It was established that citizen T, in September 2022, drove a car while intoxicated, being subject to administrative punishment for driving while intoxicated. At the court hearing, citizen T fully admitted his guilt and repented of his actions. Taking into account aggravating and mitigating circumstances, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of three months to be served in a maximum security colony with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles for a period of two years.
