Employees of the Alushta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» provided assistance to a man who was injured in the area of ​​the Dzhur-Dzhur waterfall.

Yesterday, at 12:45, the emergency department’s operational control panel received a message that a man, while taking a tourist walk in the area of ​​the Jur-Jur waterfall (Alushta), tripped and injured his leg. Cannot move independently. Rescuers’ help is needed in evacuating him from the mountain-forest zone— reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.

The duty shift of the Alushta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» headed to the search and rescue area. Upon arrival, rescuers quickly found a man near the Kechkanyn-Golyu spring and provided him with first aid, placing a splint on his injured limb. After this, EMERCOM employees transported the victim on a special stretcher over difficult rough terrain for half an hour to a service vehicle. Then the rescuers took him to the village of Generalskoye and handed him over to his relatives.
