The State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Crimea BTI” is introducing an extraterritorial principle of placing orders for the provision of services. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea, Naile Khalilova, following a working meeting with the management and directors of state unitary enterprise branches.

On the official website of the company a complete list of services provided by Crimea BTI specialists has been posted, approved by internal order., as well as published prices for cadastral, geodetic and other types of work and fees for services. The addresses and telephone numbers of the administration and all branches of the State Unitary Enterprise in the cities and regions of the republic, where residents and guests of the peninsula turn, are also posted here. However, taking into account the fact that the procedure for providing a service from the formation of an application to receiving the finished result can take place in several stages, Crimea BTI is working to optimize this process in the interests of citizens and organizations. Thus, recently, you can apply for a technical inventory of a home or to obtain a certificate of ownership of an object at any branch of the BTI, even if the real estate object itself is geographically located in another part of the region.

Imagine the situation: a family plans to take out a loan secured by real estate, and in order to issue a mortgage, the bank requires the applicant to provide a technical passport for the apartment. The apartment is located, say, in Yalta, and its owner lives in Simferopol. Living in Yalta, the owner, of course, could apply to place an order at the nearest BTI branch and on the designated day he would only need to provide access to the site for a BTI technician to take measurements. But a trip from Simferopol to submit an application would entail additional time and financial expenses. Now there is no need to travel separately to Yalta just to place an order locally. Even if the property is located in another city or district, the owner of the apartment or his legal representative can apply for services to the administration of the State Unitary Enterprise or any branch where it is convenient for him.
