Crimea. Family matters: thanks to bailiffs, grandmothers agreed on the procedure for communicating with their grandson

KrymPRESS reports:

The press service of the UFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea notes: the relationship between parents and children has been, is and will remain a difficult topic for discussion. Things are even more difficult when the focus shifts to the child himself, and his attention begins to be divided among themselves by parents who have parted with each other or their next of kin. In such cases, usually only a court decision can put an end to the flaring dispute, smoothly flowing into an open family conflict. in the village Razdolnoye thanks to the work of the employees of the bailiffs department for the Razdolnensky district of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea in the framework of enforcement proceedings on determining the procedure for communicating with a minor child. Thus, the bailiffs, by issuing warnings and exits at the address of residence of the debtor — citizen K., who is the grandmother and guardian of the child, explained to her the obligations to execute the court decision and provide the child for communication with the recoverer P. — the second grandmother of the child. The bailiffs, thanks to their professionalism and patience, managed to find an approach to the grandmothers fighting for the right to communicate with their grandson, reconcile them and execute the court decision , — the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea notes.

As a result of the work done, enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution.
