In the town of Chernomorskoe, competitions in professional skills among specialists of emergency medical care and the disaster medicine service «Emergency medical care for victims in emergency situations and road accidents» were held.
Participation in large-scale competitions was accepted by ambulance teams from all over Crimea, as well as one ambulance team from the city of Sevastopol. The purpose of the event is to increase the readiness of emergency medical workers to provide emergency medical care in the conditions of liquidation of the medical and sanitary consequences of emergencies and traffic accidents, the driver’s staff to perform professional tasks , — note in press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
There were three stages in the practical part of the competition. The first stage «Assessment of the professional skills of the driver of the SMP» included a demonstration of practical skills for safe driving and maneuvering in difficult situations. This stage determined the individual championship of drivers and was taken into account in the team standings.

The second stage «Providing emergency medical care» consisted in solving a situational problem of emergency medical care for victims with an accident simulation in a test site. The stage included demonstration of practical skills of psychological support for victims. All members of the brigade participated in solving the situational problem. To provide assistance to the injured, the team used the standard equipment of the SMP vehicle.
The third stage — diagnostic and tactical, included the solution of situational tasks for medical triage of victims. The team was represented by all the declared participants and the driver.
The winner of the competition «Emergency Medical Assistance to Victims in Emergencies and Road Accidents» was the team «Mood color blue» of substation No. 1 of the Simferopol station of the NSR. In second place — the team «Impulse» of the Kerch station of the Northern Sea Route. On III — the Yalita team of the Yalta SMP.
Sergey Elkin of the Yalta station of the NSR won the individual championship of the NSR drivers. The 2nd place was taken by Dmitry Zhiltsov of the Dzhankoy station of the NSR, the 3rd place was taken by Vladimir Eroshenkov of the substation No. 1 of the Simferopol station of the NSR.
In the nomination «Medical sorting» the team «Color of mood blue» of the substation No. 1 of the Simferopol station became the winner NSR, II place — «Rhythm» of the Dzhankoy station of the NSR, III place — «Country 98» Sevastopol.
In the nomination «Emergency Medical Assistance», the team «Impulse» of Kerchskaya became the best station of the NSR, II place — «Yalita» of the Yalta station of the NSR, III place — «Color of mood blue» substation No. 1 of the Simferopol station of the NSR.

As Sergey Olefirenko, director of the Crimean Republican Center for Disaster Medicine and Emergency Medicine, said, this year two regions took part in the event, in the future it is planned to hold these competitions with the involvement of emergency medical services not only from Crimea and Sevastopol, but and other subjects of the country.
Recall that in 455 and 2021 years, the brigade of the Crimean Republican Center for Disaster Medicine and Emergency Medicine took first place among the teams of the whole country in the competition of professional skills among SMP specialists, which were held in the city of Perm.
