Crimean artists presented the exhibition “Together” in Genichesk

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Artists of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol presented the exhibition “Together” at the Genichesk Culture and Leisure Center — the unity of culture, creativity, heroism and pride for our Motherland, the figurative transmission of the important message “We are together!” in the language of painting. At the opening of the exhibition, First Deputy Minister Olga Burova delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the Minister of Culture of Crimea Tatyana Manezhina, noting that the exhibition is dedicated to the Year of the Family declared in Russia.

The exhibition displays portraits of mothers with children, as well as native landscapes made by artists of the Sevastopol regional branch of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and the Crimean Republican branch of the Union of Artists of Russia. Among the portraits of women and children, there are portraits of relatives of our defenders of the Motherland, as well as family portraits of artists that convey maternal tenderness and care. The artists set the task of looking into their eyes, getting to know them, learning their stories, translating all this into the language of painting, and revealing beauty and strength of spirit in the paintings. Of particular importance for the project is the representation of heroines through the eyes of different artists, writing in different genres and styles with different artistic visions, in order to ultimately obtain a lively and three-dimensional imagenoted the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea.

The exhibition shows paintings by Daria Shchukina, Ksenia Prokhorova, Evgenia Lyubarskaya, Vladimir Novikov, Tatyana Lakhonina, Ekaterina Luganskaya, Elena Molchanova-Dudchenko, Veronica Shevchuk and other artists.
