Students of the second and third courses of KFU. IN AND. Vernadsky are preparing to participate in the All-Russian competition «Student Startup». This was announced by the head of the media center of the Council of Students of the University Kristina Sergeeva.
Twenty-five of our students are now preparing projects in the areas of medicine, technology and the information field , Kristina Sergeeva specified. – Of these, a special commission will select the best ones to participate in the competition and will support the guys throughout the entire time.
The «Student Startup» competition was created to help in the implementation of talented youth in Russia. The selection of projects will be held in seven thematic areas: digital technologies, medicine and health-saving technologies, chemical technologies and new materials, new devices and intelligent production technologies, biotechnology, resource-saving energy and creative industries.
According to the organizers, over 30% of applications received are related to the development of digital technologies.
We see that the competition is of great interest among students. Every third visitor to the site began to fill out an application , — said Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. — Today 32% of applications received for the competition are related to the development of digital technologies. Another 21% is devoted to the creation of new devices and production technologies.
Grants of one million rubles each for the implementation of their business project will be able to receive a thousand students. Applications for the «Student Startup» competition are accepted until 10: 11 April.
