Crimeans are invited to participate in the new season of the Education Flagships project

Project «Flagships of Education» presidential platform “Russia is a land of opportunity” launched the fourth season on Education Day at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” at VDNKh. Managers in the field of education, teachers and students of the Republic of Crimea will have the opportunity to express themselves, undergo specialized training, and also enter the managerial personnel reserve of the education system of the Russian Federation.

The “Flagships of Education” competition is being implemented within the framework of the federal project “Social Elevators for Everyone” of the national project “Education” and is supported by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.

Educational managers, teachers, as well as students (at least 18 years old at the time of registration in the project) of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of all areas of study can take part in the “Flagships of Education” project. Registration is open on the website flagmany.rsv.ru.

In the previous season of the project “Flagships of Education” of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”, 546 applications were received from the Republic of Crimea, four participants represented the region in the finals of the competition.

The project includes not only a professional competition, but also a number of events aimed at assisting managers in the field of education and teachers in their personal and career development, and also creates new tools for involving students in teaching specialties. After registering in the project, the participant has the opportunity to undergo an optional entrance diagnostic in three areas: leadership and team building, knowledge in the field of state educational policy, and soft skills. Based on the diagnostic results, recommendations are formed for the development of professional knowledge and universal competenciessaid the organizers.

From February to August, contestants will have access to the “Educational Marathon”, which is being implemented jointly with partners: the State University of Education, RANEPA, the Senezh Management Workshop, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Higher School of Economics and other leading educational organizations in the country. “Educational Marathon” will be available only to registered users in the project participant’s personal account.

An educational marathon will help you prepare for the competition. Its events will be held in four thematic areas: state educational policy, leadership and team building, flexible skills, as well as a student workshop: project activities in education.

At the beginning of August, the professional competition “Flagships of Education” starts, which will begin with a comprehensive diagnosis of supra-professional competencies and professional knowledge. Participants will have to go through a number of specialized tasks, based on the results of which ratings will be compiled and lists of semi-finalists of the competition for managers and teachers and lists of finalists for students will be formed.

In-person semi-finals of the competition will be held in each constituent entity of the Russian Federation in October. The final tests for managers and teachers are scheduled for November this year. Based on the results of the distance stage, students will meet in the finals in October.
