Due to the danger of mountain landslides in the Crimea, the hiking trail was closed

According to the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Zapovedny Crimea», due to the high risk of rock falls, in order to carry out repair work, 10 October, the section of the ecological and educational route «Ecological Ring», corresponding to the Shtangeevskaya trail (from the Vodopadnaya River to Mount Stavri-Kaya), is temporarily closed to the public.

Botkinskaya (up to Mount Stavri-Kaya) and Taraktashskaya trails are still open. The route map can be found at at the link, — Zapovedny Krym clarifies .

It is reported that after the completion of work on cleaning the rocks from dangerously overhanging stones and repairing the fences, the Shtangeevskaya trail will be reopened.
