Within the framework of the national project «Culture» in Sevastopol, a separate subprogram for the modernization of libraries is underway — from 56 libraries from year 8 have been brought to the model standard.
Music schools are also being modernized — every year we acquire new instruments. This year, two music schools — No. 4 and No. 5 — were re-equipped with musical instruments , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Department of Culture, Irina Romanets.
In addition, repair work is being carried out in cultural institutions. Currently, a major overhaul is underway in the children’s music school No. 4, as well as in one of the branches of the cultural center «Korabel» in the village of Lyubimovka.
In 2022 a mobile multifunctional cultural center will be purchased for the Balaklava centralized club system, and within the framework of the regional project «Digital Culture» in 2022 The second virtual concert hall was created in the Orlinovsky Center for Culture and Leisure , the head of the department emphasizes.
Within the framework of the All-Russian project «Local House of Culture» in 2022 year, four institutions of the Balaklava centralized club system are being re-equipped — sound equipment, office equipment, choreographic machines and costumes are purchased. Thanks to the implementation of the All-Russian project «Theaters for Children», new productions are being created in the Sevastopol Theater for Young Spectators, modern sound and lighting equipment is being installed.
Also, according to the director of the department, during the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol», approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, in the period from 2022 to 2025 it is planned to build nine new cultural facilities. This is an art school, two theaters — the Sevastopol Academic Dance Theater named after V. A. Elizarov and the Theater of the Young Spectator, four clubs in the countryside — in the Advanced, Shirokoy, Shturmovy and in the first department of the Golden Balka, two multifunctional cultural and leisure centers — in the bay Cossack and on the North side.
