Every second company in Crimea is not against participating in the distribution program for university graduates

Every second employer is ready to participate in the distribution program — to provide jobs to university graduates. In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of enterprises and organizations from Crimea took part.
Every second company (54%) would like to participate in the university graduate distribution program if the authorities decide to return to this system. Judging by the comments, most often employers expect to attract young engineers of various specialties in this way. Another 11% of organizations reported that they are already collaborating with universities on employment of young specialists. Every fifth company (20%) does not want to participate in the graduate distribution program: “We need people with experience.” Companies already cooperating with universities on employment of young specialists are most numerous among organizations with over 1,000 employees (35%),” noted the service’s press service.
Readiness to return to the graduate distribution system is most often reported in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors (56 and 51%, respectively). The majority of employers who have already established interaction with universities are in the IT and educational industries (25 and 24%, respectively).
