Farmers in Crimea planted 32.3% of the planned area of ​​early spring crops

The fact that farmers in the Crimea sowed 32, 3% of the planned area of ​​early spring crops, was reported by the Acting Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Alima Zaredinova as part of a working trip to Krasnogvardeisky area.

Today, 28, 6 thousand hectares have been sown out of the planned 178 thousand hectares. Of these, the plan for sowing early spring crops for grain is 78 thousand hectares, in fact, more than 28 thousand hectares or 36%. This year, farmers plan to increase the area under sowing of coriander by %, mustard by 36%, flax by 10%, — the press service of the acting head of the department quotes.

During the working trip, Alime Zaredinova, together with the head of the administration of the Krasnogvardeisky district, Vasily Grabovan, inspected the production facilities of the mortar shop, and also got acquainted with the technology of applying liquid fertilizers at Chapaeva-2 LLC.

The company explained that this year they started feeding crops with liquid fertilizers, which are made directly at the enterprise, thanks to the solution unit Rukos of the Podolsk N-agro company purchased this year. The advantages of applying liquid fertilizers, according to the management of the enterprise, are significant: higher concentration of the active substance, less need for moisture, more accessible forms of active substances “ready-made” for plants, the highest degree of application uniformity, the smallest losses, versatility, and higher environmental friendliness.

As part of the event, Alime Zaredinova also supervised the sowing of peas.

This year, our farmers plan to sow more than 21 thousand hectares of this crop. To date, the plan has been fulfilled by 26%, 5.5 thousand hectares have been sown. Last year, the gross harvest of peas amounted to 21, 5 thousand tons , — said the acting minister.

At LLC «Chapaeva-2» for winter sowing 2021 of the year, 78 hectares were sown. Mostly varieties of Russian selection. Under spring sowing 2022 of the year, crops such as sunflower, flax, peas, chickpeas, oats will be sown.

During the trip to the Krasnogvardeisky district, Alime Zaredinova also visited Bolshevik Agro LLC. The enterprise is engaged in the cultivation of cereals, legumes and oilseeds. The company’s products are sold on the domestic market. Bolshevik Agro LLC is also engaged in the production of feed base for its own dairy cattle breeding.
