New Life, moving on the highway “Tavrida – Dzhankoy – Krasnoperekopsk” from the side of Dzhankoy in the direction of Feodosia, when entering a curve, did not choose a safe speed, allowed to leave the roadway to the right, where he hit a pedestrian, born in 1954. , which was moving in the same direction along the side of the road. Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate went to the scene of the traffic accident. The circumstances of the incident are being established. According to reports, the motorcycle driver was previously brought to administrative and criminal charges for driving while intoxicated. The man was deprived of the right to drive a vehicle by the court.

Currently, the issue of initiating a criminal case against the citizen under Part 4 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of which provides for a maximum penalty of up to 12 years in prison, is being decided.
