Fatal accident on the Tavrida highway: a pedestrian crossed the road in the wrong place

The police are investigating the circumstances of an accident on the Tavrida highway involving a pedestrian. The tragedy occurred that night, at 00:01, near the village of Izobilnoye, Kirov district.

The driver of a KIA car, born in 1975, moving from Kerch in the direction of Simferopol, hit a pedestrian who looked to be about 45 years old, who was crossing the roadway in an unspecified place. As a result of a traffic accident, a pedestrian received injuries incompatible with life— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

An investigation into the traffic accident is underway and the identity of the deceased is being established.
