Fig Festival takes place in Yalta

The annual, already 11th Fig Festival is taking place on Massandra Beach in Yalta. Guests can try a variety of dishes containing this popular autumn fig tree fruit. As clarified Tourist portal of Crimeathe delicious celebration will continue until October.

- lamb tongues with figs and red wine sauce,
- quail with pumpkin puree, dogwood sauce and baked figs,
- pizza with figs, duck and caramelized Yalta onions,
- dessert “Anna Pavlova” with figs and passion fruit.
The menu also includes smoothies and alcoholic cocktails based on figs.
