For the first time in the first class … with the help of the prosecutor's office. And this happens in Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Crimea, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the child is enrolled in the first grade. And it was like this: a resident of the city of Krasnoperekopsk applied for a personal reception with the Prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea Oleg Kamshilov. She complained about the refusal to enroll in her daughter’s first grade.
During the verification activities, the prosecutor’s office confirmed the violation of the rights of a minor to receive secondary education. Thus, given the availability of places in schools, the education department of the Krasnoperekopsk city administration unreasonably denied enrollment of the applicant’s daughter in the first grade. In order to eliminate the identified violations, the Krasnoperekopsk Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office submitted a submission to the local administration— reported in the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The act of the prosecutor’s response was considered, the rights of the child were restored. By order of the municipal budgetary institution of education, the girl was enrolled in the first grade.
