From 2026, families in Crimea will be able to receive tax payments

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The measure will be available to working citizens with two or more children, whose average per capita family income does not exceed 1.5 regional subsistence minimums per person. For comparison, in 2024 in the Republic of Crimea one living wage is 14,989 rubles.

The Social Fund of Russia will pay the funds. Preliminary additional support will cover about 4 million families raising more than 10 million children.

During the Address, the President set the task of reducing the tax burden on families with children, emphasizing that families with children should have more free funds to solve everyday problemssaid the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov.

He explained that if the average per capita family income does not exceed 1.5 times the subsistence level per person, part of the income tax paid last year will be returned in the form of a family tax payment. The tax will be recalculated at a rate of 6%, and the difference will be returned to the citizen.

It will be possible to apply for the support measure through State Services or the client service of the Social Fund of Russia. At the same time, not only the average per capita income will be taken into account, but also the property security of the family.
