“Golden Griffin”: the VII Film Festival of Crimean Student Brigades was held in Simferopol

On December 21, the laureates of the Film Festival of student groups of the Republic of Crimea “Golden Griffin” were awarded in Simferopol. The film festival is one of the most anticipated creative events for student working youth of Crimea.

Participation in the film festival is aimed at developing the creative potential and abilities of students, as well as the ability to work in a team. Throughout the year, student brigade members attend a large number of events where they act as participants, volunteers or organizers. In the summer, students go to work, where they gain their first work experience. It is important to capture all these pleasant moments in time, not only for personal memories, but also for quality content at the annual film festival.

In their creative works, the guys reveal topics related to their workdays. Counsellors, guides, builders, service workers — they all presented their areas of work in creative videos and videos. This year, 14 student teams took part in the film festival, which produced 52 films of various genres.

The winners of the film festival were determined in six nominations among the finalists. The title of “Best Cinematography” was awarded to the film of the student service team “Nova”. The best sound work was provided by veterans of the movement. The best promotional video about student teams was presented by the student teaching team “Furia”. The best popular music video was filmed by the Red Fox student teaching team. The best original music video was shown by the student teaching squad “Legion”. The winner of the main nomination “Best Film” on the theme “Our Summer of Work” was the student teaching team “Granat”.

The student film festival is the most anticipated creative event of this year. This is connected not only with the preparation of the film works themselves, but also with the opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of beauty that accompanies the award ceremonies of famous film festivals. Beautiful evening dresses for the girls, suits and tuxedos for the guys, the carpet, the expectation of receiving the coveted statuette — all this immersed us in the world of film industry stars.
