It fell to us to live in an era of global change, when the struggle between good and evil is again going on. Today I would like to address special words of gratitude to women who, on an equal footing with men, serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces, bringing Victory closer every day.
To medical workers who, behind the ribbon and in hospitals, save lives. Low bow for your loyalty, devotion and professionalism.
Today, Sevastopol women are an example of courage, bravery and sacrifice. You seem to have left the pages of the classics: strong and at the same time fragile, ready to shelter you from any adversity with your attention and care.
From the first days of the special military operation, you have become a truly strong rear for our defenders.
Your support is expressed not only in words, sometimes so necessary, but also in deeds. You weave camouflage nets, make dry borscht, raise funds for the purchase of necessary things for the army and the inhabitants of new territories. At the same time, you bring up children, go to work, remain feminine and beautiful.
Together with you, we are waiting for each warrior to go home. The whole country is with you now. Agitated, empathizing and immensely proud of the exploits of your sons, husbands and brothers — the defenders of our Motherland.
I sincerely wish that in your home there will always be comfort, warmth and prosperity. So that your worries for your loved ones are replaced by the joy of meeting.
