In Crimea, university graduates in 2023 rated the difficulty of finding a job at an average of 6.8 points. The main problem that university graduates face when looking for a job for the first time is lack of experience (66%). 12% of respondents called the choice limited due to low salary offers. 8% of university graduates note a small number of suitable vacancies. 2% of respondents complain about gender stereotypes of recruiters, lack of practical skills for work and unscrupulous employers.
