Health of Crimeans: over 200 thousand people covered by professional activities in the first quarter of 2023

For the first quarter of 2023, 217,542 people were covered by professional events in the Republic of Crimea.
90,608 people underwent medical examinations in Crimea, and another 8,346 people underwent in-depth medical examinations after suffering a new coronavirus infection. Also, 106,650 people underwent preventive medical examinations and 11,938 workers engaged in hard work and work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions underwent a mandatory periodic medical examination.— quotes the press service of the Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Anton Lyaskovskiy.
Within the framework of the regional project “Development of the primary health care system” of the national project “Healthcare”, the target indicator “The share of citizens annually undergoing preventive medical examinations and (or) medical examinations of the total population” is planned in 2023 — 54.2% of the population of the Republic of Crimea, i.e. 1,027,845 people. To date, the annual plan has been fulfilled by 21.2%.
Recall that in 2023, citizens who were born in 1984, 1987, 1990, 1993, 1996, 1999, 2002, 2005, as well as citizens over 40 years old, can undergo medical examination. An in-depth medical examination should be completed for all those who have recovered from COVID-19 two months after recovery. Preventive medical examination is carried out annually.
