Service to search for a cadastral engineer, informs Russian newspaper, became available on the public services portal. It is reported by Rosreestr. Here you can submit an application, specifying the parameters of the necessary work, and then choose a contractor from the responding specialists. Thanks to the service, the interaction between the customer and the cadastral engineer will become more convenient and efficient, says Tatyana Gromova, deputy head of Rosreestr:
Information on the results of professional activity, which is formed by Rosreestr and is available in the cadastral engineer card on the platform and in the response form card for the submitted application for EPGU, will help you choose a specialist. Only acting cadastral engineers can register as performers. More than 10% of the specialists included in the relevant register are already connected to the service, and their number is growing every day.
According to Vladislav Zhdanov, General Director of Roscadastre, the possibility of access to orders only to specialists who are members of a self-regulatory organization will protect citizens from non-professionals.
Responses to the application will be received within five days after its submission, 10 days are allotted for the selection of a contractor. The contract for the provision of services can be signed in the personal account of the applicant. True, only one object. The results of the ordered works will also come there.
To apply through the portal, you will need an extract from the USRN for the cadastral work site, as well as a photo of a number of documents, if any (construction permits, commissioning permits, a redevelopment project, court decisions, etc.).
