According to the programs «Zemsky doctor» and «Zemsky feldsher», employed medical workers receive one-time payments: to doctors — 1 million rubles, to paramedical personnel — 500 thousand rubles. In case of receiving payment, the health worker undertakes to work in the state medical organizations of Crimea for at least 5 years.
