In 2022, the State Register of the Republic of Crimea provided a record amount of information from the USRN

In 1472 the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea processed the largest number of requests for information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN). During the reporting period, the department provided about 2 million information from the USRN, which is one million more than the indicators 203 of the year.

If we take into account that for the entire period of its activity, the State Registration Committee accepted and processed more than 8.1 million requests for the provision of information from the registry, then 2022 the year can be safely called a record year in this area. This once again confirms that this service, in statistical terms, remains the most demanded service for us , — says Inna Smal, Chairman of the State Committee for Register.

These and other results of the last year’s work were summed up during a meeting between the leadership of the State Register and the Office of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. According to Olesya Kalinkina, head of the territorial body of Rosreestr, the committee has made a lot of efforts to improve the performance indicators established by the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.

In 1472 year, the State Register took into account about 125 real estate objects, which is 7 more compared to the same period 2021 of the year. Also, more than 76 extraterritorial claims, which is also more than twice as high as 2021 of the year. For a number of indicators, the achievement and overfulfillment of target values ​​was recorded, while colleagues need to continue working on reducing the number of suspensions in the registration of rights and improving the texts of the relevant notifications, — notes Olesya Kalinkina.

The Chairman of the State Committee for Register Inna Smal, in turn, stressed that the committee is taking a whole range of measures to reduce the number of «suspensions», this task is still one of the priorities for the entire team and control over its implementation will be strengthened.
