In Alushta, the prosecutor’s office approved a criminal indictment against a 31-year-old local resident. He is charged under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), paragraph “c”, part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft).
According to investigators, in August last year, while at the place of residence of his friend, during a conflict the accused pushed her out of the second floor window of an apartment building. The accused was unable to complete his plan due to the fact that the victim was provided with medical assistance in a timely manner. The accused also stole material assets from the victim’s house totaling 12 thousand rubles. The convict was promptly detained by internal affairs officers— reported the prosecutor’s office.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Alushta City Court.
