CrimeaPRESS reports:
Citizen F, a resident of Alushta and the owner of one of the companies providing communication services, has accumulated a tax debt totaling 816 thousand rubles.
In this connection, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Alushta of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the debtor company. However, the owner of the company ignored the legal demands of the enforcement officer. In order to encourage citizen F. to pay his tax arrears, the bailiff of the department imposed a ban on performing registration actions with his vehicle. Also, over the telephone, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Alushta of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol informed the debtor that if he continues to refuse to pay the tax debt, his bank accounts will be frozen and a decision will be made against him to collect an enforcement fee, and the vehicle under restrictions will be seized and transferred for further assessment and sale. Ultimately, citizen F. heeded the warnings because he intended to sell his vehicle and did not want the restrictions to affect his bank accounts, which he needed to conduct other business transactions. Having analyzed the situation, citizen F. made the right conclusions, found the required amount and on the same day repaid the debt in full by transferring funds to the branch’s deposit account. Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution— noted in the press service GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
