In Crimea, a database of land plots for a wide variety of projects was prepared for investors

An investment map has been formed in Crimea, which contains information on territorial planning, resource base, infrastructure, support measures and tariffs.

At the moment, the investor can choose which site will be most suitable for a particular project. So, for example, land plots are provided for the construction of residential buildings. Under the tourist, recreational areas and hotel services formed land. For agriculture, crop production, horticulture, animal husbandry, as well as further processing of manufactured products, they are formed and indicated on the investment map 52 of the land plot , — the press service quotes the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.

There are also territories providing for production and storage activities, construction of shops and shopping centers.

The Deputy Prime Minister specified that in some areas there are various options for the use and implementation of investment projects. The purpose of the plot allows you to choose the type of land use.

Recall that currently the Register of Investment Sites of the Republic of Crimea includes 157 investment sites: 10 capital construction facilities (OKS) and 81 land plot. Including last year, 139 investment sites were formed ( OKS with an area of ​​3 708, 6 sq. m and 52 land plots with a total area of ​​1 678 ha) with a cadastral value of 4.5 billion rubles.
