In Crimea, a violator on an ATV hit a traffic police inspector. Will answer according to the law

The Kirov District Prosecutor’s Office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a resident of the city of Stary Krym. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence not dangerous to health against a government official in connection with the performance of his official duties).
According to investigators, in July 2023, a 41-year-old man, while intoxicated, drove onto the street on a homemade vehicle — an ATV without a helmet. Brothers Stoyanov, where he was spotted by traffic police officers patrolling the city center. Not wanting to be brought to administrative responsibility and deprived of the right to drive a vehicle, the man did not comply with the inspector’s legal demands to stop and attempted to escape. The driver’s acceleration of the vehicle led to the fall of the law enforcement officer, who blocked the attacker’s path, and the inspector’s injuries.,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.
The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the Kirovsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
