In Crimea, another traffic violator was identified by a video posted on social networks

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Simferopol brought to administrative responsibility a driver who committed a gross violation of traffic rules. Earlier, a material was published on social networks in which the driver of a Toyota car in the Crimean capital (on Sevastopolskaya Street) did not give priority to a pedestrian crossing the roadway at an unregulated pedestrian crossing, thereby violating clause 14.1 of the Russian Traffic Regulations.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate identified the driver, born in 2002, a resident of the Simferopol region. Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Art. 12.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Failure to provide priority in traffic to pedestrians or other road users”). The sanction of the article provides for the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 1,500 rubles— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
