In Crimea, employees of the regional Federal Penitentiary Service provided donor assistance
In order to provide assistance, employees of the Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and its subordinate institutions took part in the voluntary donation of blood and its components to the Blood Center GBUZ RK.
Previously, potential donors underwent a medical examination and a doctor’s consultation at a blood transfusion station. Employees of the penitentiary system of the region regularly take part in all-Russian campaigns to support the donor movement, as well as in events periodically organized by the medical workers of the Center. In addition, many take individual initiative in the hope that their blood will help save lives.— noted in the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
The doctors of the blood center expressed their gratitude to everyone who took part in the donation.
