In Crimea, property owners are advised to familiarize themselves with the preliminary results of the cadastral value

Owners of real estate objects need to familiarize themselves with the preliminary results of the cadastral value and, if necessary, send their comments. Hand the official website of the State Budgetary Institution «Center for Land Management and Cadastral Valuation» published preliminary results of determining the cadastral value buildings, premises, structures, construction in progress, parking spaces located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The search for an object is carried out by cadastral number.

Let me remind you that the cadastral valuation is carried out for the correct calculation of the taxable base and, accordingly, filling the budgets of the municipalities of the republic. The new cadastral value will be applied for tax assessment from January 1, 2024. Therefore, I ask all owners of these real estate objects to familiarize themselves with the cadastral value and, if necessary, send their comments.– quotes the press service of the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Larisa Kulinich.

The Minister clarified that comments on the draft report are sent in the following ways:

by registered postal item with notification of delivery to the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Center for Land Management and Cadastral Valuation» at the address: 295050, Simferopol, st. Kechkemetskaya, 114;
with a personal appeal to the State Budgetary Institution «CWKO» at the address: 295050, Simferopol, st. Kechkemetskaya, 114, room. 401, reception time: Mon. — Fri. from 9.00 to 18.00, lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00, Sat. — Sun. — weekend;
in the form of an e-mail signed with an enhanced electronic digital signature to the e-mail address: mail@czko.ru
