Enterprises of the food and processing industry of the Crimea in year significantly increased the production of cheese, cottage cheese, cereals, butter. In the 2021 year, the production of cognac increased by 23% in the republic, vodka — by 8%, beer — by almost 5%. . The production of sparkling wines and champagne increased by approximately 2%, and wines by 1.3%. The production of cheese increased by %, cereals — by almost 9%, confectionery products increased in Crimea by 8.4%, cottage cheese — by 8%, butter — by 4.6%. Also, Crimean agricultural producers increased the production of bread by 2.8%, sour-milk products by 1.7% , the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea reported.
