In Crimea, the results of the “Best Mentoring Practices” competition were summed up within the framework of the national project “Labor Productivity”

The national project «Labor Productivity» provides for measures to support mentoring activities. One of these measures was the competition «Best Mentoring Practices».
For the fifth year in a row, a competition of best mentoring practices among enterprises participating in the national project is being held in Crimea with the aim of achieving the results of the regional project “Systemic measures to improve labor productivity”.
Seven enterprises took part in the competition: JSC Kerch Metallurgical Plant, LLC Aktiv Group, LLC Energomir, JSC B.E. Butoma Shipbuilding Plant, LLC Simferopol PO Krymplast, JSC Fiolent Plant and LLC Yug Inter-Pak.
The mentors competed in 2 nominations. In the nomination «Professional Development of Youth» the winner was recognized as OOO «Simferopolskoye PO Krymplast». Implementation of practices aimed at making a conscious decision by students of higher education institutions, colleges, and schools about choosing a professional path, thanks to the professional orientation practice developed by the enterprise, determining the degree of professional suitability for a specific profession; acquisition of initial practical experience by students, consolidation and improvement of professional knowledge and skills acquired during the training process, mastering modern production processes, adaptation to specific conditions of the enterprise for further employment of the candidate.
In the nomination «Breakthrough technologies for increasing labor productivity», the winner was Aktiv Group LLC. Implementation of innovative practices in the field of transferring knowledge and skills from a mentor to a trainee employee, as well as the application of concepts developed by the mentor at the enterprise using breakthrough ideas and technological solutions that are not based on digital innovations.
In addition, this nomination presents innovative solutions in the field of professional development and career growth of an enterprise employee, the formation of required professional qualities and adaptation to the workplace, team, production environment, including a change of profession and professional retraining.
The ranking and selection of practices was carried out on the basis of their effectiveness, efficiency, uniqueness and the possibility of use in other enterprises.
The mentoring system is an excellent opportunity for new employees to immerse themselves in all processes at the enterprise. In this way, new employees master the practice faster and gain knowledge from more experienced colleagues. And the winning practitioners will serve as an excellent example for others and will take part in the All-Russian competition.
The national project «Labour Productivity» is aimed at developing human resources, preserving and developing unique competencies of employees and disseminating successful experience of working with personnel in this area.
