In Crimea, there is a ban on the sale of firecrackers during the New Year holidays

For subjects bordering the NWO zone — Krasnodar Territory, Rostov, Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod regions, as well as the Republic of Crimea — restrictions have been established on the use and sale of pyrotechnic products, that is, a bansaid Sergei Voronov.

For other residents of Russia, a representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations gave recommendations on the selection and use of pyrotechnics.

First of all, you should buy firecrackers in specialized stores. The seller is obliged to explain safety issues and rules of use. The box with firecrackers must have quality certificates, expiration date, hazard class, etc.notes the specialist.

Fireworks should not be launched in buildings, under canopies, especially from balconies, or under power lines. Firecrackers should only be exploded in special places determined by local authorities.
