In Crimea, there is an electronic service for the population “My Health”. What problems does it solve?

All you need to do is log in to your account, go to the “Health” section and select the service – making an appointment with a doctor. You can schedule a visit to the doctor for yourself, a child or a relative. The system will download and fill in the necessary data automatically. You just have to check them. Then you need to select a specialist profile from the list and designate a specific doctor. The service itself will tell you exactly where an appointment is possible and let you choose a date and time.

The “My Health” personal account is a convenient and secure way to manage your health, which protects patient data using modern encryption methods so that no one can access your personal data without your consent.

This service allows a citizen to monitor and note daily changes in his or her well-being, generate reports on individual parameters from a self-observation diary, send them to their doctors, or independently monitor health dynamics.

Thanks to the introduction of information technology and the appearance of the “My Health” service on the State Services portal for citizens, the waiting time for seeing specialists is reduced, the procedure for making an appointment with a doctor is simplified, and it will be possible to receive an electronic prescription.

The “My Health” service was developed as part of the creation of a unified digital circuit in healthcare based on the unified state information system in the field of healthcare (Uniform State Health Information System) of a specialized national project.
