In June, the Festival «Cultural Code of Sevastopol» will take place. When?

On June 11, from 12:00 to 20:00, the «Cultural Code of Sevastopol» Festival will be held in the «Tsar’s Quay» business center. A rich program awaits visitors. Five finalists of the project will present models of art objects, from which an impartial jury will determine two winners, whose works will be installed in full size in Sevastopol before the end of summer.

The final itself promises to be bright and large-scale. In addition to the exhibition of mock-ups of art objects, the program includes: a handmade fair, an illusion show, lively discussions, unusual painting master classes, an art quest, an emoji bar, the creation of a joint art object by spectators and professional artists in the collective zone, and also a performance that will be shown by the first professional street theater in Sevastopol «Soft Sign»— the press service of the event notes.

Everyone can take part in the festival absolutely free of charge.

It should be noted that the finalists of the “Cultural Code of Sevastopol” project this year were Alexey Komov (Moscow), the creative team of Ksenia Lantsova, Ksenia Yankovskaya and Evgenia Kolesnikova (Moscow), Ekaterina Shmakova (Moscow), Elizaveta Bochkareva (Moscow). Feodosia) and Igor Gladkikh (Simferopol). Their entries were selected from over 40 submissions.

We also recall that the second season of the project «Cultural Code of Sevastopol» is being implemented by the ANO «Center for the Formation of Civil Culture», the Russian State Art Gallery and the business center «Tsar’s Quay» with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
