According to KERCH.COMduring the next session of the Kerch City Council, deputies will vote on the installation of two memorial plaques in memory of servicemen who died during a special military operation in Ukraine.

It is proposed to install memorial plaques to Umerov Ruslan Refatovich and Yarmolenko Pavel Aleksandrovich.
