In Moscow, Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev met with Minister of Construction of Russia Irek Fayzullin

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, during a business trip in Moscow, met with the Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Russia, Irek Fayzullin. The parties discussed the situation with regard to objects of particular importance for Sevastopol, including such as the construction of an emergency hospital, a cancer center and a psycho-neurological boarding school.

He outlined the problematic issues of the implementation of the state program. In order to be able to continue work on the BSMP and the multidisciplinary medical and diagnostic building of the oncological dispensary, we need to submit to the Presidium (headquarters) of the Government Commission for Regional Development of the Russian Federation the possibility of changing estimates due to the increase in the cost of projects. Estimates have now passed the state examination— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The psycho-neurological boarding school also needs a decision from the government commission to correct the project itself. The design and estimate documentation for the facility was developed in 2017 and provided for the construction of a standard corridor-type socio-medical institution. Since January 2021, new sanitary rules have come into force, it is necessary to build an institution where you can organize cohabitation, close to home conditions. To do this, it is necessary to adjust the design and estimate documentation and increase the area of the object.

Mikhail Razvozhaev and Irek Faizullin also discussed the implementation of the state program for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol this year, as well as the formation of a program for the modernization of the city’s communal infrastructure.

The Territorial Development Fund allocates 547.8 million rubles for the modernization of communal infrastructure systems in Sevastopol, of which 126.4 million for 2023 and 421.4 million for 2024. He spoke about the facilities that Sevastopol plans to include in the program. We plan to focus on repairing dilapidated water supply and sanitation networks, — said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

According to the national project, in 2022, according to Rosstat, 556.9 thousand square meters were put into operation in the city. meters of housing, for the first month of 2023, the figure amounted to 91.1 thousand square meters. meters. As part of the federal project «Formation of a comfortable urban environment» in 2023, it is planned to improve 7 public territories in Sevastopol.

In parallel with the construction of housing, it is extremely important to ensure the socio-economic development of the city, improve the quality of life of people, and put into operation all the necessary infrastructure. Last year, thanks to systematic work within the framework of the socio-economic development program, the implementation of 16 objects was completed— said the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, Irek Fayzullin.

Recall that thanks to the federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment”, four public areas were landscaped in the city last year: squares at 106 General Ostryakova Avenue and 32 October Revolution Avenue, as well as Fedorovskaya Street in Lyubimovka and Novikov Street, 30 in Balaklava.
