In most Crimean companies, they believe that work goes better in the presence of the boss

Employers in Crimea are almost twice as likely to believe that staff work better in the presence of a boss than employees. Among line workers, this opinion is shared by only 35%. HR managers and representatives of the economically active population took part in surveys of the SuperJob search service for high-paying jobs.
2 out of 3 Crimean employers (67%) are convinced that employees work more efficiently in the presence of a manager: “Less chatter, more action”. Only 9% of HR managers are sure of the opposite: in their opinion, under the supervision of a manager, labor productivity decreases due to the psychological stress of employees and the lack of space for independent decisions. Every fourth company (23%) believes that the physical presence of the boss in the office does not affect labor productivity in any way: “Employees are not children: if the team is selected correctly and everyone is motivated to achieve results, then the constant participation of management is not required”— noted in the press service of the service.
Employees are much less likely than employers to share an opinion about the benefits of the presence of a manager in the workplace: 35% are sure that it increases work efficiency, one in four (27%) believes that the presence of managers affects labor productivity extremely negatively, another 29% are convinced that the fact that the boss goes to the office does not affect the results in any way.
The fact that labor efficiency does not depend on whether the boss is above the soul is more often convinced by respondents under 34 years old (36%), as well as respondents with an income of more than 80 thousand rubles. (32%). Among those earning less than 50 thousand rubles. most of all those who are confident in the negative impact of the presence of a leader in the workplace (28%).
