In Sevastopol, 474 land plots were identified for participants in the special operation
The Government of Sevastopol, at a meeting chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, adopted a draft resolution on amending the rules for land use and development within the boundaries of Andreevsky, Kachinsky, Verkhnesadovsky, Ternovsky and Orlinovsky municipalities. The purpose of the development of this document is to change the territorial zone in order to determine the land plots intended to be provided to participants in a special military operation.
The proposals for amendments were considered and approved on April 14, 2023 at a meeting of the commission for the preparation of a draft resolution on amendments to the rules for land use and development of the city of Sevastopol. Project approval is scheduled for June 25, 2023. As part of the work, 474 land plots will be formed to provide participants in a special military operation, — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol and. O. Deputy Governor Maxim Zhukalov.
He added that to date, more than a thousand agreed applications have been officially approved, in total more than three thousand applications have been submitted. “Keep looking for additional land that could be provided. Prepare proposals on the procedure for providing land plots so that we do not provide in the usual manner, but immediately — upon availability. From 1 to 400 in the queue could allocate. The plots will all be the same. Thus, we can quickly satisfy those who have received the legal right to do so,” the head of the city gave instructions.
Deputy Governor Svetlana Pirogova noted that a project on the procedure for providing land to participants in a special military operation would be ready in the near future.
