The Central Office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation will report on the progress of the investigation into the criminal case into the death of a child in a medical institution in the city of Sevastopol.
The investigative bodies of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol opened a criminal case into the death of a 4-year-old girl in one of the medical institutions of the city of Sevastopol on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence due to improper performance by a person of his professional duties). The head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the leadership of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to submit a detailed report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case.
