In the course of monitoring the Internet, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol in social networks identified several publications available to an unlimited number of users, in which the author publicly and using obscene language expressed a negative attitude towards the actions of Russian military personnel.
Police officers quickly identified a 23-year-old local resident who posted defamatory information.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the author on the grounds of an offense under part 1 of article 20. of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security or exercising their powers by state bodies of the Russian Federation for the indicated purposes , — reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
The materials provided by the police were considered in the Nakhimovsky District Court of the city of Sevastopol, which found the girl guilty of an offense. She was sentenced to an administrative fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
