In Sevastopol, a resident of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug “accumulated” debts worth 765 thousand rubles

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A resident of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug used the services of one of the construction enterprises in the city of Sevastopol and did not pay for the work done.

Representatives of the construction company sued citizen V. and, according to the decision, the latter was obliged to compensate the plaintiff for damages in the amount of 765 thousand rubles. However, the debtor was in no hurry to meet with the company’s representatives and, as a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Nakhimovsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against him. Citizen V. reacted with indifference to the legal demands of the enforcement officer.

For untimely execution of a court decision, the bailiff of the department issued a resolution against citizen V. to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 53 thousand rubles, arrested his bank accounts, temporarily limited the debtor’s right to travel outside of Russia and imposed a ban on performing registration actions with his property. him a vehicle. Citizen V. knew about this thanks to the capabilities of his personal account on the State Services portal, where he regularly received notifications, but was in no hurry to change his behavior. Subsequently, in order to induce citizen V. to pay the accumulated debt, the bailiff of the bailiff department in the Nakhimovsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol went to the address of the location of the land plot owned by the debtor and drew up an act on seizure of the real estate of a resident of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug for the purpose of subsequent forced sale of the land plot. Having received another notification on the State Services portal and realizing that he might soon lose his real estate in Sevastopol, citizen V. quickly found the required amount and paid the debt, taking into account the enforcement fee, in full. Due to the debtor’s residence in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, funds were written off from his accounts— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
