In Sevastopol, a traffic violator — a shuttle bus driver — will be severely punished

In Sevastopol, traffic police officers constantly monitor social networks, in which concerned citizens often post photos and videos of traffic violations. Another publication dealt with a gross violation of the rules by a shuttle bus driver.
On March 13, at 18:25, in the area of house No. 11A on Fiolentovskoye Highway, a 59-year-old shuttle bus driver crossed a solid marking line, entered the lane intended for oncoming traffic, and overtook the vehicle. By his actions, he violated traffic rules and also created an emergency situation, endangering his passengers and other road users.
Upon the fact of the violation, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an investigation and established the identity of the offender. The police drew up an administrative violation report against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
According to current legislation, this offense entails an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months.
