In Sevastopol, ONF activists checked the quality of road works

As part of the implementation of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», this year the roads on the streets of Kievskaya, Vostochnaya and Nadezhda Krupskaya were brought to the normative state. The total length of the objects is about 2 km. The quality of the completed road works was checked by the activists of the All-Russian Popular Front in Sevastopol.

We regularly monitor road construction with experts from the Popular Front. First of all, we make sure that the roads are safe and convenient for all road users. The road builders listen to the opinion of the public, as a result of which not only the road network of the city improves, but also the quality of life of people , the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Alexander Shiryaev, Deputy Director of the Directorate for the Development of Road Transport Infrastructure.

As part of the repair, the contracting organization Sevdorstroy performed the milling of the old pavement and the installation of new asphalt concrete, the restoration of sidewalks and the replacement of the side stone.

The next exit of the All-Russian Popular Front for Road Control showed that there were no special comments, but there were minor shortcomings that we drew attention to. The work was done with high quality and meets the requirements. We plan to hold a meeting in March with contractors in order to avoid these shortcomings in the future , — says Maxim Mishin, coordinator of the project «Road Inspectorate of the ONF / Map of Killed Roads» in Sevastopol.
