In Sevastopol, police drew up 462 administrative protocols for violations of migration laws

In total, in the first quarter of 2024, employees of the Office for Migration Affairs, the Center for Combating Extremism, the Criminal Investigation Department, and local police commissioners carried out 87 operational and preventive measures aimed at identifying and suppressing violations in the field of migration.
Based on the results of raids carried out in places where foreign citizens live and work, police officers compiled 462 administrative reports. Thus, 293 materials were compiled for violations of the regime of stay in the Russian Federation, 59 materials were compiled against citizens of the Russian Federation for violations of migration registration rules, provision of premises for the stay of illegally staying migrants, and for violating the deadlines for applying for patents to carry out labor activities.
Based on materials from employees of the migration departments of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Sevastopol, city courts expelled 18 foreign citizens who were illegally staying on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Migration department employees drew up 23 administrative protocols under Part 1 of Art. 18.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to a legal entity. For illegally recruiting foreigners to work, he was given a decision to impose an administrative fine totaling 5.75 million rubles.
In addition, employees of the Department of Migration issued two warnings regarding legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about the inadmissibility of violations of migration legislation, eight proposals to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense, and eight orders to eliminate violations of migration legislation.
Operational and preventive measures aimed at identifying and suppressing offenses in the migration sphere will continue.
