In Sevastopol, the Government approved the execution of the budget for the last year

During the meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, a draft law on the execution of the city budget for the 2021 year was approved.

The budget of Sevastopol last year was executed in the difficult conditions of the pandemic, however, there are positive moments in terms of their own income. We have to continue work on filling the city treasury. Our budget is primarily socially oriented. Behind the numbers are new facilities and social projects. At the same time, we see that the level of investment in the economy of Sevastopol from the federal center is not decreasing, but increasing. Therefore, we are grateful to our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the Government and all structures that help to develop Sevastopol , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The income of the region in the 2021 year amounted to 63 622, 9 million rubles, expenses — 66 22,5 million rubles.

Compared to 2020 year, tax and non-tax revenues increased by 22 7%. Most of these revenues are provided by personal income tax, corporate income tax, simplified taxation system, excises, corporate property tax, income from fines and from the use of state property.

Significantly increased socially significant budget expenditures — this is the indexation of wages to employees of the public sector, social benefits.

Current expenses amounted to 22, 1 billion rubles, including socially significant, priority — 21 billion rubles . It took 12, 5 billion, 5.5 billion rubles for salaries of people working in budgetary organizations — for benefits, benefits, social payments to people. More than 2 billion was spent on paying the costs of compulsory medical insurance for the non-working population. Expenditures on subsidies to budgetary and autonomous institutions amounted to more than 9.1 billion rubles, including this money was used to pay for the provision of public services and the fulfillment of state tasks.

Capital expenditures in the 2021 year amounted to 12, 9 billion rubles, including capital investments in the social sphere — 22, 1 billion rubles. This money was used to implement the obligations of Sevastopol under the FTP, national projects, part of the funds, under an agreement with Moscow, was invested in repair and improvement projects.

Sevastopol has no public debt.

The draft law on budget execution will be submitted to the Legislative Assembly for consideration by deputies and the Chamber of Control and Accounts.
