In Sevastopol, the Rules for the installation and operation of advertising structures have been clarified

Today, at a Government meeting chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, the Rules for the installation and operation of advertising structures in the territory of Sevastopol were discussed.
We have clarified the list of documents required to obtain permission to place advertising structures, as well as the procedure for interaction between government authorities and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to suppress the unauthorized placement of advertising structures, says I. O. Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Yulia Shemonaeva.
During the meeting, they approved the methodology for calculating the amount of fees under contracts for the installation and operation of advertising structures.
It is proposed to set the base rate for calculating the rental rate under contracts in the amount of one-half of the state duty paid for issuing a permit for the installation and operation of an advertising structure, that is, in the amount of 2,500 rubles— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Yulia Shemonaeva.
The head of the relevant department added that changes in contract fees for the second and subsequent years are proposed to be made depending on the level of inflation.

Also discussed at the meeting was the issue of establishing specific terms for concluding contracts for the installation and operation of advertising structures on land plots, buildings or other real estate owned by the city.
The city will enter into contracts for up to ten years for the installation of advertising structures with automatic image changes. This will ensure the development of modern technologies in the field of outdoor advertising in the city and will positively affect the perception of urban space, since these structures have a more attractive appearance,” emphasizes I. O. Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning.
In addition, the layout of advertising structures has been clarified and the number of placements has been increased — from 110 to 363 pieces. These are places for installing billboards with automatic changing of images in the amount of 24 pieces, static billboards — 239 pieces, cityboards — 17, citylights — 47, LED screens — 24, supersites — 12.
