The prosecutor’s office of the city of Sevastopol approved the indictment in a criminal case against a local resident, 1998 year of birth. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, negligently resulting in the death of a person).
